    During this upgrade, we will be installing a new storage platform to serve your website. This upgrade will allow us to offer you a better service compared to other hosting providers in the industry.

    This upgrade includes the following hardware upgrades.

    • SSD Storage

    Your website uptime will NOT be affected if you're using our nameservers.

    Our default nameservers for this server are;

    Action required ONLY if you're using 3rd party nameservers with your domain. Please use the follwoing IP address for A records if you're not using our nameservers.

Maintenance on US7 server (Resolved)

  • Dear Customer,

    As a preventative and exceptional measure, we need to carry out some maintenance on our server to change the processor's cooler which was mounted on the server.

    This was intended to cool CPU up to 130W for five years but it may become unreliable after three years.
    For this reason we would prefer not to take any risks and to replace it with the new latest generation cooling system which guarantees up to 180W for 10 years.

    This will involve shutting down the server, changing the part and starting up the server again.

    The server is still not online due to an issue with the file system. We're copying your valuable data to a new server. This may take few hours more to complete.

    Electric connector replaced. Intervention done by Phiips. Server switched on and responding to the ping command.

    Performing Quota check. Please note this may take sometime. Services not started.

    Update 02

    The server does not start in normal mode due to an issue with the CPU. Taking a backup of your valuable data before replacing server components. We appreciate your patience!

    Update 03

    The intervention has been completed. All services are up by now.
